Our Pricing

Simple & Honest

PRICING SUMMARY

We understand that price is a big part of the buying decision and want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure.

It is uncommon in our industry to share this information, but I believe that by making our costs, expenses, and prices transparent we will earn the trust of our customers, employees, and community.

We have nothing to hide and want to give our customers all the information they need to determine if we are the right fit for their lawn care or landscape maintenance needs.

OUR GOAL

To make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable.

Pricing Structure

We have standardized prices used for our services, based upon square footage and/or labor hours estimated to complete the job.

There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price but these are the general guidelines we use.

Hourly Rate x Estimated Hours to Complete Job

+

Materials (Mulch, Rock, Edging Strips, etc) + Debris Fee (Leaves, Branches, Clippings, etc)

Agriscape's Hourly Rate?

  1. Basic Maintenance - $45/Hr (Mowing, Edging, Trimming etc)
  2. All Other Labor - $60/Hr (Rock/Mulch Installs, Renovations, Spring/Fall Cleanups etc)

No secrets here!

Our TWO pricing structures are to better suit our customers. A mowing job should have a different price point than a harder physical labor job.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency in all aspects within the company in order to give our customers the best price possible. While also making a financially sustainable business that can serve our customers far into the future.

Lawn Mowing cost

Variables That Will Affect The Price

Shape: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd-shaped lawn with flowerbeds and obstacles scattered throughout.

Access: Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service. A lawn right next to where the trailer parks is going to cost less.

Clippings Disposal: We may bag and collect clippings for a cleaner look or to collect leaves and other debris. Having the clippings side-discharged and left on the lawn will reduce the price.
We charge at a rate of ($12.50) per CUBIC YARD of debris.
For Example: Typical residential yards may only accumulate 1/4 of a cubic yard per month in debris charges. If we haul off 1 CUBIC YARD of clippings to be composted, you would be charged $12.50 additionally for that month.

PROPERTY CLEANUPS

Variables That Will Affect The Price

Size: The size of the property and amount of debris are the basic two variables.

Condition: A property that needs us to perform an annual spring or fall clean up is going to be predictable and quickly quotable. A property that has been neglected for several seasons is going to have an increased price. This can be due to increased debris accumulation, trash build up and a more involved cleaning process.

Access: Again, small gates and accessible areas into yards keep us from using larger equipment, and increases the time it takes to get to and from the truck and trailer. Properties with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service.

Debris Disposal: At the end of the clean-up, there will be debris to dispose of.
We charge at a rate of ($12.50) per CUBIC YARD of debris.
For Example: If we haul off 2 CUBIC YARDS of debris, you would be charged $25 additionally as a Debris Disposal Fee.
